We all want to get rich, but don’t know how. Something inside of us says well if they could do it, I can too. Then another voice says, but I don’t know where to start. I had the opportunity to attend the Wealth Connect in Miami, June 23 to June 25, and while my bank account is still not hitting six figures, I learned a lot that I’d like to share with you. The event included networking, a yacht party, and panel discussions from money-makers like Rick Ross, Stormy Wellington, 19 Keys, Runaway Billionaire, Claudienne Hibbert-Smith, Alvin Hope Johnson and more. It was hosted by serial entrepreneur and mentor Annetta Powell, who got rich, lost it all, went to prison and got rich again.
Here are some things I learned:
· Start now, the power is in the project execution. Work out the kinks later.
· Think highly of yourself and the Creator that made you. Do things of value because you are of value.
· Surround yourself with money makers and high rollers, it will rub off on you.
· The game is not free, my ticket cost nearly $1,000.
· Wealth is not just money, its freedom.
· Taxes are important to rich people, understand why.
