Stellar at Palm Aire Gets New Owner, Aims to Help with Housing Crisis

Pulso Capital, a Fort Lauderdale investment group, recently bought Stellar at Palm Aire in Pompano Beach. The firm paid $21.5 million for the property, according to the South Florida Business Journal.

The complex located at 4091 Seina Circle, 4081-4099 Sunset Way, 700-706 Stellar Court, and 4082-4098 Highland Oaks Drive contains rental townhomes within the Palm Aire County Club.

The firm paid about $551,000 per townhome.

Stellar at Palm Aire features two-bedroom-, three-bedroom- and four-bedroom units ranging from $3,550 to $4,350 a month.
