POMPANO BEACH – Chevalier Real Estate, opened a new estate office at 1369 E. Sample Road in Pompano Beach. The grand opening was held on Thursday, May 7, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by local leaders, residents, and supporters.
Owner Larry Slappy, a member of a prominent legacy family in Pompano Beach, said the business will focus on more than buying and selling homes. Slappy said he hopes to educate residents about the value of ownership, navigating mortgages, avoiding real estate fraud, and creating long-term generational wealth through property ownership.
