Kristen Bowman, CEO of Broward Health Coral Springs, expressed pride in the hospital’s latest investment. “The dual-source scanner is especially important for our cardiac CTA patients since the dose is significantly less due to the updated software, and with its location in the ER, it will markedly improve our turn-around time,” she said. This new Siemens Pro. Pulse CT scanner provides higher resolution images, faster scanning, and reduced radiation, significantly boosting the hospital’s diagnostic capabilities, especially in critical situations.

The newly renovated EMS breakroom underlines the hospital’s dedication to its long-standing partnership with first responders. This improved space offers EMS teams a place to complete paperwork, recharge, and refresh between high-stress calls.
