Event lovers, it’s time to fill your social calendar! Pompano Beach Arts will be celebrating the new programming for the 2023/2024 cultural season with a free, entertainment packed social event. State of the Arts: A Look Ahead will preview the upcoming shows and offer an opportunity to connect with our cultural community. The event features live performances, refreshments, ticket giveaways, and special surprises. This season’s soiree takes place on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 6:30 pm at the Pompano Beach Cultural Center. Tickets are free, but registration is requested at pompanobeacharts.org.
Recently refreshed with a new modern color palette, the cultural center will play host to an unforgettable evening featuring live music, live painting and exciting announcements about the dynamic shows and engaging artists scheduled this season, including details about the City’s signature cultural event, Jazz Fest Pompano Beach. The evening will be emceed by comedian FeFe and Mayor Rex Hardin will be on hand to initiate the festivities!
In addition, this event will introduce patrons to the new class of Artists in Residence at Bailey Contemporary Arts (BaCA) and the local musical talent who has been selected to contribute to a special soundtrack project. Guests will also enjoy a delicious assortment of hors d’ oeuvres and have the opportunity to purchase tickets for upcoming shows.
