Helicopter Crash in Pompano Takes the Lives of Two

Broward Sheriff Gregory Tony announced the deaths of a Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue (BSFR) captain and an adult female civilian following the crash of a BSFR helicopter in Pompano Beach on Monday morning.
