It’s Women’s History Month and the first breath of Spring—what a divine time to be alive. There’s something sacred about this season. The world is blooming, the air is shifting, and life is reminding us to pause… and really take it in.
I don’t know about you, but I can’t get over how Spring smells. It stops me in my tracks every time. One deep breath of fresh-cut grass or gardenia in the wind, and suddenly, I’m present. In a world that’s always logged on and locked in—where we scroll more than we speak—Spring is the reminder that real life doesn’t live in the cloud.
You can’t smell through a text. You can’t feel sunlight through a screen. But you can walk outside, inhale deeply, and be reminded that you’re here. You’re alive. You’re breathing. And if you’re reading this, you’re blessed with another chance to find meaning—in your day, in your work, in your connections.
This season, don’t get caught chasing what’s temporary. Tap into what’s timeless. Be present with the people you love. Be rooted in the spaces that ground you. Smell the air. Feel the warmth. Let it remind you of who you are.
Spring is here—and so are you.
