In a recent announcement, the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) highlighted the dangers and illegality of operating off-road vehicles on public streets in South Florida. Authorities are urging the community to keep All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs), Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs), and dirt bikes off the roads to prevent accidents and ensure public safety.

These vehicles are not equipped with the necessary safety features for street use, posing significant risks to riders and other drivers. The BSO emphasizes that these vehicles are designed for off-road terrains and should not be used in traffic.
