Broward Municipal Services District Revolving Loan Fund

The Broward Municipal Services District (BMSD) Revolving Loan Fund features several loans that are designed to fit into all business size needs with flexible repayment options. The special financing is only offered to businesses that are in or moving to BMSD.

If you are unsure if  you are in the BMSD, then check out the Broward County Property Appraiser’s site, it will help you identify if your business is located in the BMSD. If you get an “unincorporated” response after inputting your address then you are eligible to apply.  https://www.cccdcorp.org/bmsd-loan-fund

If you are not eligible, check out the resources from the County’s Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD). The department offers technical assistance to businesses in Broward County who need financial assistance to establish and expand operations, ranging from the Broward Municipal Services District (BMSD) Revolving Loan Fund (RLF), microbusiness loans, SBA Loans, the Industrial Revenue Bond Program, and alternative lending programs.
